Booking & Cancellations

Bookings: Can be made via phone, WhatsApp, website contact form, or email.

Cancellations: Please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid charges.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Policy

We are committed to delivering a high-quality service. If you are dissatisfied:

Service Issues: Contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will review the case and may offer a partial refund, corrective visit, or alternative resolution.

Used Tyres: Tyres that have been fitted and used are non-refundable unless proven faulty due to a manufacturer defect.

Completed Jobs: Once a tyre fitting is completed as requested, the service portion is non-refundable.

To request a refund, email info@saferoadtyres257.co.uk with your name, date of service, contact number, and a description of the issue.

Payments & Charges

Deposits: A deposit may be required to secure your booking. This is deducted from your final invoice and is non-refundable for same-day cancellations or no-shows.

Full Payment: The remaining balance must be paid upon successful completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Pricing: All prices include VAT and cover the call-out, tyre, fitting and tyre disposal (where applicable) unless stated otherwise.

Customer Responsibilities

By booking with us, you confirm that:

• Your vehicle is located at the address provided, and our technician will assess whether the location is safe and suitable to carry out the service.
• You provide accurate tyre size, location details, and contact information at the time of booking.
• You or someone authorised will be available to provide access and vehicle keys if required during the appointment window.

⚠️ Important: If the location is unsafe or inaccessible upon arrival, we may need to reschedule. A call-out charge or rescheduling fee may apply.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

Information We Collect: Name, contact details, vehicle registration, and location details.

Technical Data: Browser type, IP address, and device info (via cookies).

How We Use It: To deliver and improve our services, confirm appointments, send service updates, and deliver marketing content if you opt-in.
